StoryBeam Kids should open directly into the approved catalog. No login or password is required.

Common fixes

• Check your connection if the catalog or audio does not load.
• Close and reopen the app if local watchlist or playlist controls stall.
• Try a different approved episode if a third-party podcast host is temporarily unavailable.
• Update to the latest App Store version when available.
